The SW coast path is within easy reach as is the main coastal bus route and the A35 for those wishing to venture along the Jurassic coast or into East Devon. 

The ground floor offers a lovely, bright, open-plan living space and well-equipped kitchen with a large central island and dining table with 6 chairs. The living area offers two sofas along with an armchair and there is a selection of board games along with a Smart TV with freeview. The property benefits from full fibre broadband with speeds up to 72MB (WiFi throughout). Through the kitchen there is a small step up into the utility area and ‘coffee station’ complete with Nespresso coffee machine to get you going for a day out exploring the Jurassic Coast! The utility area has a washing machine and tumble dryer along with a microwave, more cupboard space and a second kitchen sink. There is also a downstairs WC.

The extensive rear garden features a paved seating area ideal for BBQ’s and a raised platform with a high table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying the view along the coast to the east.
