Big Christmas Weekend hailed a huge success

Lyme's Big Christmas Weekend has been hailed a huge success as increased footfall across town saw many businesses report a good trading weekend as shoppers flocked to snap up the special deals on offer. The event by Lyme Regis Business Association in partnership with Love Lyme Regis, Lyme Regis Regatta & Carnival and Lyme Regis Town Council saw record numbers attending the Christmas Tree Festival at the Baptist Church, Santa's Grotto fully booked and Christmas makers markets at the The Millside Lyme Regis, The Town Mill and Peek Chapel a hive of activity.
