Langmoor and Lister gardens on the seafront in Lyme Regis are ablaze with a wonderful array of light and colour every evening from dusk until around 11pm. The spectacular new illuminations were officially switched on by the mayor of Lyme Regis, Cllr Brian Larcombe MBE, in September 2019 and will be on daily throughout the year.
You can stroll through the woodland paths as more than 60 coloured floodlights illuminate the trees and the statue of Admiral Sir George Somers.
A great view of the lights can be seen from the sandy beach and from the Cobb.
The scheme has been designed by Lymelight, who are the creators of the annual illuminations held in October and early November at Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens.
