TRIP Community Transport Service

TRIP is the Honiton based charity dedicated to relieving rural isolation and loneliness by providing affordable transport, specialised disability equipment and a personal befriending service.

TRIP community car service covers Uplyme, Lyme Regis and Charmouth where volunteers help those unable to access public transport get to medical appointments.

They are currently supporting vaccinations and are in need of more local volunteer drivers to help.

Full PPE is supplied and fuel costs of 45ppm plus full office team support Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. They can also ‘buddy ‘ you with another local volunteer if needed ( following social distance / covid guidance).
