£500 Voucher Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This competition is run by Love Lyme Regis Limited and Dorset and Devon Holiday Cottages Limited.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must subscribe to both the Love Lyme Regis and the Dorset and Devon Holiday Cottages email newsletters.
By subscribing, you consent to receive occasional marketing emails from both companies. You may unsubscribe at any time; however, you must still be subscribed to both mailing lists on 31 March 2026 for your entry to remain valid.

4. Competition Period
The competition closes at 8pm on 31 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants using a Google random generator.
The winner’s name will be published on the Love Lyme Regis and Dorset and Devon Holiday Cottages websites and Facebook pages.

6. Prize
The prize is a £500 voucher redeemable against a holiday cottage booking within the Dorset and Devon Holiday Cottages portfolio.

The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The voucher can be used towards any available property at any time of year, subject to availability.

If the total booking cost exceeds £500, the winner must pay the difference.

If the total booking cost is less than £500, the remaining balance will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

Examples:

Holiday cost £450 → £50 is forfeited.

Holiday cost £950 → winner pays the remaining £450.

7. Claiming the Prize
The winner must provide their name, postal address, and email address in order to claim the prize.

8. Publicity
Only the winner’s name will be published in connection with the competition.

9. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta / Facebook. Meta  / Facebook has no responsibility to entrants or participants.

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time if necessary.
