Starting life as a pop up in 2019, Harriet Mansell's culinary creation Robin Wylde has now become a permanent fixture in Lyme.

Taking full advantage of the abundance of wild foods that grow along our coastline, hedgerows and fields, Robin Wylde offers a seasonal, locally sourced set menu, typically consisting of 8 to 10 tasting courses with wine pairing available.
