Starting life as a pop up in 2019, Harriet Mansell's culinary creation Robin Wylde has now become a permanent fixture in Lyme.

Michelin guide listed restaurant in Silver Street taking full advantage of the abundance of wild foods that grow along our coastline, hedgerows and fields. Robin Wylde offers a seasonal, locally sourced set menu, typically consisting of 8 to 10 tasting courses with many foraged, pickled and fermented ingredients plus the option for drinks pairing.
