Alison Shelton Brown and husband Robin are talented curators, seeking out the very best of artisan work.
This winter, they are hosting a four day mini pop-up event at The Malthouse Gallery which will feature ten mostly local makers using a variety of materials. Artists will include Alex Brooks Furniture, Charlie Salaman ceramics, Daniel Richardson ceramics, Anne Reynolds needlepoints, Wondrous Weaves macrame, Janine Ziolkowski handmade paper, Elaine Dixon drawings, Kakuko Dolphin's Japanese silk weavings, Robin Shelton jewellery and pinhole photography and Alison's own small sculptural ceramics.
The exhibition runs from Monday 18 until Thursday 21 November and is open daily from 10am until 4pm. Entry is free of charge.
