Celebrated fish and seafood chef and restaurateur, Mitch Tonks, will be cooking up a 4 course meal for you on 17th January, showcasing his favourite fish and seasonal produce. If you have visited his restaurant The Seahorse in Dartmouth, you will know that Mitch has a similar ethos as Mark when it comes to cooking, serving fish that has been landed just a few miles from his door.
Between cooking, Mitch will be spending time chatting with guests throughout the evening, and a Q&A over dessert to ask him anything you’d like to know about his cooking, restaurants and life as a chef.
