The internationally acclaimed BBC Big Band will perform a spectacular open-air concert on Sunday 5 June as part of Lyme Regis’s Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.
Regarded as Britain's premier big band, the awesome 17-piece jazz powerhouse will play a two-hour set from a stage on the sandy beach featuring a wide repertoire of genres, from rat pack, to swing and Last Night of the Proms with some rousing British themed patriotic songs to celebrate the occasion.

The event forms part of a weekend of events in Lyme Regis to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The events are being hosted by Lyme Regis Town Council, in partnership with Lyme Regis Regatta and Carnival Committee, Jazz Jurassica and the Marine Theatre.
