Ever wondered what happens behind the workshop doors at the Boat Building Academy? Are you thinking of enrolling on one of their courses and want to know more?

Join them on Saturday 27th April from 11am until 4pm for their 2024 Open Day.

The Boat Building Academy workshops will be open to the public with current students working on their boats. There will be an array of graduate boats on display in the car park.

Get involved with live demonstrations and activities. There will be food, drinks, a raffle and more.

Money raised at this event will go towards their bursary fund, helping  the next generation of men and women boat builders, who would otherwise be unable to fund their training at the Academy.
