Lisa Parkyn’s latest solo exhibition is a collection that reflects her latest explorations along with a few earlier pieces. Blending vibrant colour, mixed-media textures and expressive mark-making, come and share this celebration of movement, emotion and imagination.

Lisa’s approach to painting encompasses her sensory and emotional response to landscape, flowers and place. Originally from arid Botswana, in contrast she now works from her home studio in East Devon surrounded by lush countryside and nearby Jurassic Coast. Surrounded by the dramatic landscapes of the countryside, she rediscovered her passion for painting - initially focusing on portraits and landscapes before evolving into a more abstract style. Expressive, intuitive and full of movement, come and experience the evocative energy inspired by the natural world - from lush florals and sweeping landscapes to the drama of the coastline.

The exhibition runs from Thursday 13 until Thursday 20 November and is open daily from 10:30am until 4:30pm. Entry is free of charge.
