Lilac

Lilac is a restaurant, wine bar and tap room located in a 400 year old cellar on Broad Street. Owned by chef Harriet Mansell who appeared on BBC’s Great British Menu, Lilac has the same ethos as its sister restaurant Robin Wylde, with a focus on vegetables, seasonality, locality, reduction of waste and sustainability.

The food menu showcases the best of seasonal produce and locally foraged ingredients with a daily changing selection of small plates designed to accompany the wide range of wines, local beers, ciders, meads and soft drinks.
