Lyme Regis Taekwondo Club was established in 2005 by Sharon Ward who is a 5th Dan Master. It is a friendly and welcoming club which prides itself being fully inclusive and on having a great community spirit. Assistant Instructor Tomas Lowe is now a 2nd Dan.
The club started with 4 members and has gradually grown, it has taught 9 students to Black Belt level.
The students range from 5 year olds all the way through to adults and from White Belt to Black Belt.
Mondays Poomsae development classes are held at Peek Hall in Rousdon from 6:15pm until 7:30pm. Other classes for all abilities and grades are held on Tuesdays at the Scout Hut in Uplyme.
Young Beginners 5pm - 6pm
Older Beginners 6pm - 7pm
High Grades 7pm - 8:15pm
