The owners originally purchased the property as a holiday home, but within a year the draw of Lyme Regis meant they had permanently relocated, hence it's availability to rent!
Mirador is built in the grounds of a former lodge house, less than a mile to walk along the river or road down in to town with the fabulous eateries, shops and beaches Lyme Regis has to offer.
Fabulous accommodation on two levels. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen dining areas are all downstairs whilst the lounge provides stunning views of the Jurassic coast and Lym valley with access to a large balcony and garden area. Underfloor heating throughout. Upstairs the cosy lounge with oak flooring and leather corner sofa, is perfect for watching TV, playing games, reading or just looking at the stunning views though corner double glass patio doors.
Downstairs the modern open plan kitchen diner is well equipped with two ovens, induction hob, fridge, freezer and washer dryer. The oak dining table seats 6 and there's an additional seating area for relaxing. Bifold doors open into the courtyard. There's a coat cupboard and shoe rack.
All bedrooms have oak floors and patio doors that either part open for fresh air or fully open for access to the courtyard.
The master has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. The ensuite has a large shower and towel rail and large cupboard for storage.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and ensuite shower room with wardrobes and cupboards.
Bedroom 3 has beautiful bespoke made oak framed bunk beds that are full single bed size with plenty of storage and a desk area with chair.
Outside there are two levels. The lower level has a gravel drive with parking for several cars. There is a gravel courtyard with access from bedrooms and kitchen diner. The upper level (accessed by outside steps or though the lounge) has a large balcony and grassed area. The outside space has several levels, steps and drops making this space unsuitable for small children and those with mobility issues. There are fenced off areas that are strictly no access due to steepness and unguarded drops.

A welcome pack with essentials such as tea, coffee, milk will be left for your arrival along with basic toiletries and cleaning products.

BBQ's are not allowed on the balcony due to the nature of the balcony construction (with a rubber roof)
