Yesterday afternoon there was an official drinks reception for the grand opening of the new Town Mill staircase which leads from the Lynch path into the Miller's Garden.
Providing an additional entrance into this hidden gem of Lyme Regis, the ribbon was cut by Mayor of Lyme Regis Cllr Philip Evans and Mayoress Jackie Evans.
The staircase was created by Alastair McGoldrick of Arc Edge Metalwork in Bridport.
The Town Mill is a fully working flour mill sat proudly in a painstakingly restored cobbled courtyard complex which is also home to art galleries and creative artisan businesses as well as a microbrewery and Strawberry Tree Spanish tapas restaurant.
