£400 Raised for Lyme Regis Foodbank at Royal Lion Big Christmas Charity Quiz

A total of £400 was raised for Lyme Regis Foodbank at the Royal Lion Hotel’s Big Christmas Charity Quiz last night.

The hotel’s Oak Room Dining Room was packed, with teams of up to six taking part in a lively evening of challenging questions hosted by quizmaster Kent Davis, General Manager of the Royal Lion.

After a closely fought contest, Team Alfie were crowned quiz champions, edging out strong competition from the other teams.

The event was warmly received and helped raise vital funds for the local foodbank during the festive season.
