On 28th March, around 50 colourful elephant sculptures will be placed in positions in Lyme Regis, West Bay and Bridport, each designed and painted by talented artists and sponsored by a local business.
The 'Stampede by the Sea' interactive art trail will be a fun and free way to get out and about this spring. As well as admiring the beauty of the herd, everyone is encouraged to scan the QR codes printed on each sculpture which will open up a world of games, challenges and competitions.
Stampede by the Sea is raising funds for Weldmar Hospicecare, supporting their incredible end-of-life care services.
A perfect activity for local families, and an engaging attraction for visitors, you’ll be able to follow the trail via a mobile app or map.
Pick up a map from the Weldmar Hospicecare shop in Broad Street or download the Stampede by the Sea app.
