A combination of Storm Austen and Storm Boelo whipped up the seas yesterday, sending some spectacular waves crashing against the Cobb.
Autumn is a fantastic time for wave watching in Lyme Regis. The gardens are a great safe spot, or grab a drink with a prime sea view from Swim, Largigi, Rockfish or Lyme Terrace, and watch nature’s spectacular display.
The storms also brought some much needed rainfall with over 40mm falling in a 24 hour period.
