Relentless waves driven by Storm Ingrid have battered Lyme Regis over the past couple days, stripping tonnes of sand from the town’s sandy beach and dramatically reshaping the shoreline. The prolonged rough seas have exposed sections of the foreshore while seafront areas were left strewn with debris as the storm continued to lash the Jurassic Coast.
