Hundreds took part in the magical Torchlight Procession last night, part of Lyme Regis Carnival Week.
With flaming torches in hand, participants made their way through the gardens before descending onto the sandy beach where a ring of fire was formed.
It was an unforgettable experience for those taking part, and a breathtaking spectacle for all who came to watch.
The Regatta & Carnival volunteer team comprising Alan Vian, Rob James, Karen Skardon James, Annette Denning, Jacob Denning, Joshua Denning, Gilly Clark, Ellis Holt and AJ Hutchings were kindly assisted by a team of helpers for the evening including Steve, Emma, Riley and Tanisha-leigh Parsons, Sam Harding, Mark Bujniewicz and Jeff Matthews.
