Some soggy, soaring fun at Lyme Regis Welly Wanging championships held on the Sunday and Thursday of Lyme Regis Carnival Week.
Using the classic reverse, overhead technique, each contestant hurled two water-filled wellies (one at a time, of course) in a bid for distance and glory. The furthest throw in each age group won the highly coveted Golden Boot.
