It was an evening of laughter, lively competition and plenty of entertainment at last night's Wacky Wheelbarrow Race, one of Lyme Regis Regatta & Carnival Week's most popular and crowd-pleasing events.
A large crowd lined the route to cheer on the teams as they raced along the seafront in a colourful display of fun and friendly rivalry.
Victory went to one of the two Beach Team entries, who powered their way to first place. Lyme Morris finished second, while Team Slipway claimed third place after a spirited performance.
The award for Best Fancy Dress went to Lyme Rib Rides for their imaginative "Dash of Lyme" entry, adding an extra splash of creativity to an unforgettable evening.
