On the first floor there is a spacious lounge which leads out onto a large decking area with comfortable seating, a dining area and spectacular views across Lyme Bay. There is also a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating and a dining area as well as a separate WC on this floor.
The property is a short walk downhill to the seafront and the town centre and has the added bonus of off street parking for up to two cars.
