Situated close enough to Lyme to easily reach all that the town has to offer but far enough away to enjoy a little more space and tranquillity.  

The peaceful haven is nestled on Ware Cliffs on the Devon / Dorset border at the start of the renowned section of the South West Coast Path known as the Undercliff, which runs between Seaton and Lyme Regis. The area is predominately open meadow land and woodland preserved by the National Trust, making it a perfect spot for dog walking and coastal strolls. You’re able to walk down from Ware Cliffs to Lyme Regis, which takes you to near Monmouth beach, or there’s a route that take you into Holmbush Car Park or alternatively you just walking down Sidmouth Road.

The cottage provides an idyllic and quiet place to unwind, perfect for families wanting a holiday by the sea, a long weekend away or for couples and solo travellers looking for a good-sized, dog friendly place to explore the Jurassic Coast.

The property is all on one level with no stairs. The cottage has its own front door and a car parking space.

Inside, stylish interiors combine traditional elements with modern comforts, making it a welcoming and cosy space, with two good sized bedrooms (one being a double, and the other providing two single beds). The bedrooms have a soft, luxurious carpet underfoot, and both have bay windows looking out towards Ware Cliffs and the sea. There are two bathrooms, one that provides full shower, toilet and sink close to the kitchen and the other offering a toilet and hand washing sink.

The kitchen has everything you could want for your holiday away, with a generously sized fridge, nespresso machine for those morning coffees, a toaster, kettle, hob/oven and microwave.

The living area is homely with a beautiful view out to Ware Cliffs and the Jurassic Coast, with a comfy sofas, a dining table, smart TV for those cosy family evenings in, as well as a desk with fibre internet for any who like to work remotely.

The garden area is very well sized, private and secure. With bursting evergreens, high hedges and an alfresco dining table and chairs, this is perfect for your summer evenings and gets the sun setting late into the day. There is  also a hosing off area for the sandy gear (and your furry friend if they need it!)
