The annual Uplyme Summer Flower and Produce Show will take place on Saturday 3rd August between 2pm and 5pm. This year will be the 95th show organised by Uplyme and Lyme Regis Horticultural Society.
Alongside the traditional marquee full of competition entries (flowers, fruit, vegetables, craft, photography, cookery, wine and preserves for adults and children) there will be the regular Horticultural Society stalls selling plants and books. There will also be a raffle and the popular Potato in a Bucket competition will have its normal presence outside the marquee.
On the field will be a range of stalls including plant nurseries, garden tools and accessories, art and sundries. There will also be educational exhibits, demonstrations of practical gardening techniques, and ULRHS's own version of Gardeners' Question Time.
Cream teas and light refreshments will be available in the Village Hall.
Admission to the show is £1 for all adults, free for those 16 and under.
