This is a gem of a takeaway situated on Marine Parade near the Cobb and sandy beach offering fresh fish, locally sourced and cooked to order all served with a smile.

As well as the traditional cod and haddock, you’ll find whiting, scampi and occasionally pollock, ling, lemon sole and even hand dived Lyme bay scallops on the menu. There’s also a choice of burgers, baps, baguettes and vegetarian options.

The white flaky fish is succulent and cooked in a light and crispy homemade beer batter. The portion sizes are very generous, and the chips are cooked to perfection, crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. There’s also free tartar sauce and a slice of lemon with each order.
