Lyme Regis Medical Centre is an NHS GP surgery run by Lyme Bay Medical Practice.
Serving just under 9,000 patients, it offers both face to face and telephone appointments, home visits (housebound patients only) and some minor surgery including steroid injections. They also deal with completing medical forms for patients, numerous medical assessments including for insurance and driving, requests for letters, requests for sick notes and reviewing blood test results and letters from other providers.
Also on site are nurse practitioners who triage urgent daily appointment requests, offer long term condition review appointments including asthma and diabetes, cervical smear appointments, minor injury and illness appointments. The minor injury and illness service operates during surgery opening hours only.
The surgery is accessible via main bus routes and offers parking for patients. The building offers full disabled access.
The Lyme Regis practice is open from 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to midday on Saturday. It is closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
