Newlands Leisure Centre

Newlands Holiday Park at Charmouth has a modern and well-equipped leisure centre featuring an indoor swimming pool, gym, spa and sauna. The facilities are open to non residents daily throughout the year from 9 am until 6 pm and are also available for private hire.

You can use their online system to book a slot in the swimming pool up to 24 hours in advance.

The centre boasts state-of-the-art gym equipment from treadmills and stationary bikes for those wishing to engage in cardio, to free weights for strength training.

Winter swim and gym memberships

They offer a winter swim and gym membership for local residents which allows members of the general public access to their facilities during the week for a one-off cost. 

Memberships run from October 2nd 2023 - April 29th 2024 and excludes school holidays:
Adult membership swim and gym is £190 and Under 18's membership Swim only is £100. 2 Years and under swim for FREE. 
Winter opening times as of the 6th November Monday - Friday 9-4:45pm Saturday and Sunday 9am-1:45pm.
