Adjacent to a home on the East Devon and Dorset border with private parking for one car, the lodge is conveniently located just 1 mile from Lyme Regis. The seafront and town centre are easily accessible via a gentle stroll alongside the River Lym.

The accommodation is set over two floors designed to maximise natural light throughout with high pitched ceilings and a stunning glass fronted mezzanine floor. On the ground floor is an open-plan sitting area with a cosy wood-burning stove and comfortable leather sofa. There is an HD Smart TV with Amazon Prime, fast Wi-Fi plus a selection of books, games and maps for your use during your stay. The well equipped kitchenette with breakfast bar features a Lavazza coffee machine and milk frother, hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and sink. The luxurious wet room has a free-standing bath with waterfall tap and a large walk-in shower.

The spacious mezzanine bedroom has a king size memory foam bed and views out to the trees through its nautical inspired porthole windows.

Outside you can relax in the comfortable, double hammock or pull up a chair at the private outdoor seating area with gas barbecue. The lodge also has an outdoor waterfall shower and private sauna access which is available to book for £10 per session.
