Rona Cottage is in a central location situated off Church Street, famous for its links to the Tudor era. The property is just a short 1 minute walk from the shops, pubs, restaurants and beaches of Lyme Regis.

Set over three floors the cottage offers modern conveniences alongside some original features including timber panelling and exposed brickwork. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge, a bathroom and a fitted kitchen which opens onto a cosy dining and seating area with a woodburner for those colder days. On the first floor is a double bedroom and a shower room. On the second floor there are two further bedrooms built into the eaves - another double and a single.

The property benefits from an off road parking space for one car and an outside seating area in front. Up to two dogs are accepted.

Please note that due to the age of the cottage the staircase is quite steep with narrow steps. Suitability should be considered when booking.
