The property has the added benefit of a shared outside communal area and sun terrace with seating areas and views across to the sea as well as the convenience of a parking space in a private car park situated nearby.

There are plenty of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance and the main shopping street is a pleasant stroll along the seafront.
