A quirky treasure trove for book worms, this bookshop is bursting with nooks and crannies full of paperback literature, secondhand novels, biographies, photographs, first editions, limited editions and rare and antique books over four floors, in particular lots of Enid Blyton, Agatha Christie, Patrick O'Brian and P G Wodehouse.
They also offer the complete range of Beryl Cook cards and prints as well as artwork by Hundertwasser, Erte, local artist Brian Matravers and Cat Art by Ollie Lett. There's a reading room downstairs with comfortable armchairs, a cozy fire, a floor of books mostly £1 or less, and even some overnight accommodation for book lovers.
