Spittles is an area on the north eastern side of Lyme Regis and during Spring the bluebells put on a fabulous show of colour beneath the dappled shade of the trees. If you get a chance, take a walk through the woodland hillside which is swathed in blue late April and early May. The area also offers a lovely view eastwards towards Golden Cap and westwards across the town. The South West Coast Path route from Lyme Regis to Charmouth will take you through this area.
