Teal House

Teal House is located in Coombe Street within the historic heart of Lyme Regis and offers level walking access to the beach and shops which are only a few minutes away. Teal House benefits from a spacious sun trap garden which offers sea glimpses.

This holiday home sleeps up to 8 in 4 bedrooms.

The ground floor comprises a sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The sitting room features a television, dvd player, two  comfy sofas and an electric wood burning effect stove. The dining room has seating for 8 people. French doors lead out onto a passageway with steps up to the large garden at the back of the house. A well-equipped kitchen features a oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The bedrooms are split on the first and second floors. On the first floor, there is a large master bedroom with a king size bed and sink, a small room with single bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower over the bath and toilet.

On the second floor, there is a double bedroom with sink and another room with two single beds and a sink. There is also a full-size shower with sink and toilet in between the two bedrooms.
