Nothing brings people together like tapas. Learn how to create five crowd-pleasing, soul food tapas dishes in this tapas class with proud Gibraltarian Giselle Benrimoj. Giselle has spent much of her life living and cooking in Andalusia in southern Spain. Giselle worked and trained in kitchens from her teens and has worked as a chef ever since. Coming from a family with a long line of chefs, you can imagine the beautiful recipes and stories that she has inherited.
Tapas is a very fun and informal way of eating in Spain. It consists of a series of small dishes, usually shared around the table, and does not have the structure of a normal meal (like a starter or main course), but is more about grazing and chatting with friends. It's a fun way to socialise and share food. Create wonderful connection and food-sharing memories with your friends and family with these knock-out tapas recipes.
The three and a half hour experience takes place between 11am and 2:30pm at the Strawberry Tree restaurant and costs £95 per person, or a discounted price of £75 per person for 2 people. Please call 01297 445757 to book.
