Paella is a most pleasing and celebratory feel-good food to share with family and friends. Learn how to get it just right with this three hour class hosted by Giselle Benrimoj which also includes an olive oil tasting session and lunch. Proud Gibraltarian Giselle has spent much of her life living and cooking in Andalusia in southern Spain. Giselle worked and trained in kitchens from her teens and has worked as a chef ever since.

Itinerary
Cooking class 11am - 1pm
Together you will make your own seafood or vegetarian paella, the seafood option rich with shellfish and luxurious prawns. Giselle will demonstrate black squid-ink rice and slioli-style garlic and lemon mayonnaise. Following this you will enjoy olive-oil tasting, sampling a series of single-variety, extra-virgin olive oils and some artisan flavoured oils.
Lunch 1pm - 2pm
Compare and enjoy your paellas during a communal lunch which includes a complimentary glass of wine, beer or a soft drink.
