Spanish wines are experiencing a new wave. The latest generation of winemakers are pioneering new techniques, eschewing traditional rules and instead looking to bring back forgotten indigenous varieties and revive ancient aging methods, producing wines that reflect a sense of place and local terroir. 

Join the Strawberry Tree for a specially created five-course lunch designed to showcase the paired wines and a tutored tasting across the new landscape of Spanish wines led by Simon Vitelleschi Cook from Moreno Wines in London. Simon has selected a series of beautiful wines from the Moreno portfolio to illustrate this new wave and movement in Spanish wines. Each wine will be introduced by Simon, who will talk about the producers, regions and techniques hidden in each glass. All of the wines will be available for purchase on the day too.
