The Crow’s Nest

The Crow’s Nest is a stunning contemporary family holiday retreat with uninterrupted sea views of Lyme Bay. Rebuilt in 2017, the award-winning larch clad property boasts 11 accolades for its unique floating structural frame and is located in secluded private grounds. The sweeping driveway provides parking for 3 vehicles.

Walk through the entrance hallway into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room, where an expanse of windows allow sunlight to flood the interior. There is a log burner as well as Wi-Fi,and a TV and gaming area complete with two Smart HD televisions, PlayStation 4, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV and movies.

At the opposite end of the house are three bedrooms; a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a room with full size built in bunk beds. There are also two bath and shower rooms.

The large open plan master suite is situated on the first floor.and boasts a king size bed with free standing bath, shower and sinks. 

The outdoor space features a full length decked area with 180° sea views, a gas barbecue and Ooni pizza oven and plenty of seating including very large bean bags.
