Paddle Out Protest today, hosted by Surfers Against Sewage (SAS). Lyme Regis was was one of 42 bathing sites across the UK to take part in the protest which calls for an end to raw sewage discharge into waterways, and clearer monitoring and transparency of spills.
The charity said water users in the south-west of England were paddling out "against South West Water's shocking record of sewage pollution".
