.More than 100 local residents enjoyed a wonderful festive afternoon at the Lyme Regis Over 70s Christmas Lunch today at Woodmead Halls.
Organised by the volunteers of the Lyme Regis Over 70s Christmas Lunch Fund Committee who were brilliantly supported by members of Powder Monkeys Explorer Sea Scout Unit, guests were treated to a superb Christmas meal thoughtfully prepared by Emma Blackmore and Sammie Collings.
After lunch, the celebrations continued with lively entertainment from the fantastic Fitsteps group and a beautiful performance by talented solo singer Jayne Mace.
The event was a tremendous success, and huge credit goes to the Lyme Regis Over 70s Christmas Lunch team, whose hard work and dedication made the occasion so special. A shining example of Lyme Regis at its very best!
